“Simply put, Fuller’s Marine understands and defines the term “customer service”. From the time that I first picked up the phone to make initial contact, through pre-sale, contract and post sale, the level of service provided was unbelievable. Trust me, I can be a PITA, it didn’t matter, they were with me every step of the way. I had several dealers competing for my business, everyone was about the same price, and several were closer to me, but the people at Fuller’s made the decision easy. They GET it, they truly get it.. I spent 25+ years in high end sales and I have never seen a company truly provide the level of dedicated customer service that Fuller’s provided to me. This is my third boat purchase, and I can tell you emphatically that Fuller’s could (and should) school those previous boat dealers on how to create and maintain a great working relationship with their customers. George, Deb and the entire staff at Fuller’s are beyond friendly, super knowledgeable, courteous, always available and receptive to anything that I want or need to talk about, I was never pressured or fast talked during the sales process. And once the purchase was finalized, they didn’t disappear or suddenly become less open to taking my phone calls or emails. Months later, I know that I can pick up the phone or shoot them a message and I will get a quality prompt response. I cannot say enough about Fuller’s, I would recommend them for any new boat purchases, repairs, modifications, upgrades, storage, etc. anything. “
