A few day later, I received the call I had been dreading. George completely shocked me when he told me that he and one of his expert staff, Kevin discovered that my engine still had Merc parts that had been recalled FIVE years ago!!! George made the calls to Mercury, found the right person to speak with at Mercury, and to my total surprise, stood by the warranty and offered to replace the parts damaged FREE.
